Zafiiovskiy Technical Consulting ("Zafi", "we") is a technical consulting studio based in Lviv, Ukraine, operated by the individual entrepreneur (FOP) Andrian Zafiiovskiy, taxpayer registration code 3682805352. Data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you send. If we work together, we also keep the correspondence and documents related to the engagement. The website collects limited technical data — pages visited, device and browser type — through the analytics tools listed below.
How we use it
We use your data to reply to enquiries, prepare offers, deliver the work we agreed on, and understand how our website is used so we can improve it. We never sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies and collect usage data only after you give consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. The site works fully without analytics cookies.
Payment data & security
Payments are processed by our payment provider on its secure payment page: card details are entered there and never reach or get stored on our systems. All connections to the site, and any data you submit through it, are encrypted in transit with TLS (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
Legal bases
We process data based on your consent (analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (delivering an engagement), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.
Sharing & processors
We share data only with the service providers that run our infrastructure — hosting, email and the analytics tools above — under data-processing agreements. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; in that case standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard applies.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last contact. Records related to a paid engagement are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
