Scope of services & offer
Zafiiovskiy Technical Consulting ("Zafi", "we") is operated by the individual entrepreneur (FOP) Andrian Zafiiovskiy, registered in Ukraine, taxpayer registration code 3682805352. We provide technical consulting, software development, automation and integration services. Each engagement is defined in a written offer that states the scope of work, timeline and price; the offer, together with these terms, forms the agreement (public offer) between us and the client. By confirming an offer or paying an invoice, the client accepts these terms.
Offers & pricing
Work is quoted as a fixed-price offer based on the agreed scope. Initial expenses required to start the work are covered by our team. An offer is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless stated otherwise.
Payment & payment methods
Payment is invoiced upon project completion and is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices can be paid by bank transfer or by Visa / Mastercard card on the secure payment page of our payment provider. The invoiced amount is final and includes all costs of the engagement — no commissions or surcharges are added at checkout. Prices are stated in the offer in euros or Ukrainian hryvnia. We never request or store card details: they are entered only on the payment provider's secure page.
Delivery & fixes
Services are delivered remotely and electronically — as deployed software, source code and access credentials handed over to the client. We deliver within the timeline stated in the offer. Overdue work and fixes of defects in delivered work are covered by our team at no additional cost to the client.
Changes & additional work
Changes to the original requirements or additional feature requests are billed separately, on top of the agreed project price, at the rate stated in the offer. We always confirm the cost of a change before starting it.
Cancellation & refunds
The client may cancel an engagement at any time with written notice. Since work is invoiced after completion, cancellation before the start of work is free of charge; work already performed by the moment of cancellation is billed proportionally to the completed part of the scope. If a paid deliverable does not match the agreed scope and we are unable to fix it, the corresponding amount is refunded to the same payment method within 14 calendar days.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the delivered work are transferred to the client after full payment is received. Until then, the work remains the property of Zafi. We may reference completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Communication
Progress updates are provided during scheduled calls via Google Meet. Between calls we respond to questions within one business day.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information received during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the project.
Liability
Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
